1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DOOS platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
DOOS Rental Co provides a bicycle-sharing service accessible via QR code scanning through our mobile application. The service allows users to rent and ride bicycles at designated DOOS stations across approved zones.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the DOOS service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for riding safely and in accordance with local laws and regulations. You must follow traffic rules and only ride within approved DOOS zones. Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the rider.
5. Payments & Pricing
Payments are processed through the DOOS application on a pay-as-you-go model. Charges apply based on ride duration. All payment information is handled securely through our certified payment processors.
6. Prohibited Uses
Strictly prohibited: riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying passengers, using bikes outside designated zones, tampering with lock or QR systems, and any behavior that endangers yourself or others.
7. Limitation of Liability
DOOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable ride.
8. Modifications
DOOS reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Kuwait.
